We strive to keep the production time of a deck to about 15 business days. Quantity of orders, holidays and material delays can cause this to vary.

Shipping

Shipping is by Freight to a Business location with Forklift.
​Add $100 for residential if a liftgate is needed  These ship on a pallet.  Slides ship separately. 
We will price Freight at time of order and can hold the rate for 10 days.

J's Upper Decks is not liable for damage caused in Shipping.  We will send you a photo of your shipment prior to freight pick up.  We purchase insurance on every Deck Kit and Slide we ship.  We assist you in filing a claim if needed - We will also do our best to schedule the damaged merchandise back into our production.  This may be at our normal production time of 15 to 20 business days***
