Fourth of July is upon us! This year, America’s birthday is on a Friday. The absolute perfect excuse to take your pontoon boat out on the lake and watch the fireworks.
And when you do take your pontoon boat out, you’ll notice so has everyone else:
Invest in a do it yourself upper deck kit by J's Upper Deck and it'll get you up! Adding an upper level to your pontoon boat will give you the height you need to see over any crowd or boat. Also, getting rid of the bimini canopy and replacing it with an upper deck will save you time. You won't have to worry about closing down your sunshade for the night. The upper deck will give you shade until the sun goes down, then create the perfect place to have your fourth of July picnic on. It's a win-win solution.
Oh, and with an upper deck,
Buy a do it yourself upper deck kit for pontoon boats today as a birthday present for America, and have fun. After all, that's the American spirit.
No one can say no to extra fun. Even if you put a price tag on it. That’s what we saw when operating J’s Watercraft Rentals in east and west Texas from 2009 thru 2012. We rented out pontoon boats with upper decks 5 to 1 over pontoon boats with canopies. Even though the pontoon boat with an upper deck was $150 more a day. Why? Well, Texas may like things big, especially when it comes to space, but it’s the upper deck that makes the experience. If you are looking for a pontoon boat accessory that will take your boating experience to the next level, consider adding an upper deck by Jay. Here is a testimonial from our photographer Stephanie Peters:
"Last month, Jay Fender took me out on his pontoon boat out on Lake Watson, located in Prescott, Arizona. It’s a small lake, but the views of the rock formations surrounding the lake are incredible. It was a beautiful day to hangout and take some pictures for Jay.
So I took a few...or maybe many...
While I was taking an incredible amount of pictures of probably the same rock (or at least its identical twin,) we noticed that we were sharing this afternoon out on the lake with a bald eagle! The bald eagle caught our attention as it soared around the rocks, and then swiftly landed on the top of on of the rock formations.
To get a better view, I climbed up on the upper deck. And to my surprise, with the view, I could not only see the one bald eagle, but a second one came flying right out to it!
It was incredible! Bald eagles are common in the Northern Arizona region, and this time of year it is common to see them nesting near water. However, it’s always amazing to see a pair of bald eagles. Having the upper deck on the pontoon boat gave us the opportunity to have a better view of the bird life surrounding Lake Watson. And at this time of year, that’s something you can’t get enough of. "
An upper deck allows for your pontoon boating experience to rise to new levels—literally.
We had a wonderful experience out on the lake and seeing the bald eagles. Our upper deck gave us a better view of the eagles because of the height.
Invest in an upper deck and raise your boating experience to new levels.
